200g dark chocolate
3 whole eggs
Pinch of salt
100g all-purpose flour
100g Pitted cherries
100g Peanut butter smooth
Preheat oven to 180°c. melt the chocolate and
butter in a microwave until completely melted.
Add sugar and salt and whisk. Add the eggs one
at a time, whisking in between each egg.
Continue whisking for another minute. Add the
flour and whisk only until incorporated. Fold in
thePitted cherries. Pour unto a paper lined baking tin.
bake for 20-25 minutes.
Leave to chill outside. Cut into squares.
Decorate by piping a curved line of peanut butter on top.
