THE BEST VANILLA CUPCAKE RECIPE EVER!

Ingredients:
160g white flour
150g sugar
2.5g baking powder
1.5g baking soda
1g salt
130g melted butter
100g sour cream
2 egg whites (size L)
90ml luck-warm milk
12g vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°c.
In a separate bowl, Mix the melted butter,
sour cream, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking-soda
and salt to the wet ingredients and mix
thoroughly. Line a baking tray with cupcake
liners, fill them 2/3 of the way and bake for
about 20-25 minutes or until a skewer
comes out clean.
